The extreme winter weather in the Houston area has not only posed issues with the power supply. There are also issues with water pressure and threats of possible contaminants. Water utilities all over southeast Texas have issued boil orders due to low water pressure. Some have even had to shut off entire supplies. Here are the utilities that have reported complete water service outages:
