A man threw a grenade at the group of young people on Gagarina Avenue in Kharkiv. The blast injured five people. This was reported by the press service of the Kharkiv region police. Police said a conflict broke out between a group of young people and a 29-year-old man threw RGD-5 grenade at the group of people. The grenade blast injured five people aging from 16 to 33. All victims with shrapnel wounds were taken to medical institutions in Kharkiv. Law enforcers initiated criminal proceedings for attempted murder and illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives. The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for a term of 10 to 15 years or life imprisonment. It became known about this incident last night. However, police said three people were injured in the grenade blast.
