Train services are set for hours of disruption after a vehicle collided with a bridge. Transport for Wales (TfW) has said the incident, in the Cwmbran area, has blocked all lines. It means no trains can run between Newport and Hereford until repairs are made.The train provider says urgent repairs are being carried out, and that trains running through the stations will be cancelled.The disruption is expected to go on until 1pm. There will also be remembrance services taking place across the country this morning.TfW writes on its website: "Due to urgent repairs to a bridge between Newport South Wales and Hereford all lines are blocked.Train services running through these stations will be cancelled."Disruption is expected until 1pm, November 9."Due to a road vehicle colliding with a bridge in the Cwmbran area, no trains can run between Newport and Hereford until repairs are made."An emergency road transport order has been submitted please check back for details on this."We apologise for any disruption to your journey."Transport for Wales says that if one of its trains is delayed or cancelled and you arrive at your destination station more than 15 minutes later than scheduled, you can claim compensation through its Delay Repay scheme.
