Edmonton police are investigating the deaths of two men in their 20s who were shot in southeast Edmonton early Friday morning. Officers responded to gunfire near 32 Street and 26 Avenue around 1:43 a.m., but both victims were pronounced dead at the scene despite lifesaving efforts.
The homicide section is leading the investigation, with autopsies scheduled for next Tuesday and Wednesday. Police are seeking information on a dark-coloured SUV in the area and dashcamera or security camera footage from nearby streets between Thursday afternoon and early Friday.
