At least three children lost their lives and two others were injured after the roof of their home collapsed in Bannu amid heavy rainfall that swept across parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) on Sunday.According to details, rescue officials informed that the tragic incident occurred in the Warashmi Kalan Mandan area of Bannu, private news channel reported.Officials added that five children including a man name Sher Muhammad were buried under the rubble of the roof.As a result, his two daughters and one son died on the spot, while his two sons were rescued in an injured condition during the operation.Upon receiving the report, Rescue 1122 teams rushed to the scene and shifted the deceased and injured children to District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) Bannu.
