Russian forces have attacked positions of Ukraine’s defence forces 194 times since the start of the day, with the enemy most active on the Kostiantynivka and Pokrovsk axes, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said.

"In total, 194 combat engagements have taken place since the start of the day. The enemy carried out 50 air strikes, dropping 159 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it deployed 3,982 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,112 attacks on populated areas and positions of our troops," the statement said.

According to the General Staff, on the northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk axes the enemy carried out four air strikes using nine guided aerial bombs, and 88 attacks on Ukrainian troop positions and populated areas, three of them using multiple launch rocket systems.

On the southern Slobozhanshchyna axis, the enemy attacked Ukrainian unit positions twice near Prylipka and toward Bochkove. One assault action is ongoing.

On the Kupyansk axis, the enemy attacked twice, near Novoosynove and toward Kurylvka.

On the Lyman axis, Ukrainian forces repelled seven enemy assaults toward Stavky, Drobysheve, Lyman and Dibrova.

On the Sloviansk axis, the enemy made two attempts to advance toward Rai-Oleksandrivka and near Riznykivka.

On the Kramatorsk axis, occupiers attacked seven times toward Nykytforivka, Holubivka, Bondarne, Maiske, Vasyutynske and Markove. One assault action is ongoing.

On the Kostiantynivka axis, occupiers launched 25 assaults on Ukrainian defensive positions near Pleshchiivka, Yablunivka, Ivanopillia and toward Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Sofiivka, Novopavlivka, Kucherovyi Yar and Novodnytrivka. Three attacks are ongoing.

On the Pokrovsk axis, the enemy carried out 43 attacks. Occupiers attempted to advance toward Bilytske, Nykonorivka, Rodynske, Shevchenko, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, Muravka, Molodetske, Novopidhorodne, Novopavlivka and Vasylivka. Four enemy assault actions are ongoing.

"According to preliminary estimates, 97 occupiers were killed and 27 wounded on this axis today, and an enemy shelter was destroyed. A UAV control point, six shelters, an artillery piece and two motor vehicles were also damaged. A total of 99 UAVs of various types were destroyed or suppressed," the statement said.

On the Oleksandrivsk axis, occupiers attacked 12 times near Oleksandrograd, Sichneve, Zlahoda and toward Kalynivske.

On the Huliaipole axis, 11 attacks by occupiers were recorded near Zaliznychne, Sviatopetrivka, Hirke, Huliaipolske and Staroukrainka. Two attacks are ongoing.

On the Orikhiv axis, the enemy attacked five times toward Shcherbaky, Plavni and Stepnohirsk. One attack is still ongoing.

On the Prydniprovske axis, the enemy carried out four assault actions.
