At least 17 Palestinians were injured in Israeli drone strikes and gunfire across the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, according to local medical sources, in what Palestinian officials described as continued violations of the ceasefire agreement.The attacks targeted a civilian gathering and two displacement camps in central and southern Gaza, with injuries reported in Nuseirat refugee camp, Deir al-Balah and west of Khan Younis, News.Az reports, citing Anadolu Agency.Nine Palestinians were wounded when an Israeli drone struck a civilian gathering in the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, Al-Awda Hospital said in a statement.In another incident, three Palestinians were injured after Israeli military vehicles opened fire on a camp housing displaced people east of Deir al-Balah, according to medical sources cited by Anadolu.Five more Palestinians were injured by Israeli gunfire targeting a displacement camp west of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, the sources said.The affected camps are home to displaced Palestinians living in damaged tents with limited access to essential supplies after large-scale destruction forced them to flee their homes during the war.The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza said Israeli actions since the ceasefire took effect on Oct. 10, 2025, have killed 1,207 people and injured 3,914 others.The ministry also said the overall death toll from Israel’s military campaign in Gaza has reached 73,333, with 174,023 people injured since the conflict began on Oct. 8, 2023.The ceasefire agreement was reached after nearly two years of fighting that caused widespread destruction across Gaza. The United Nations has estimated that rebuilding the territory could cost around $70 billion, with much of the civilian infrastructure severely damaged.
